As trekkers, we had a great time at Hotel Gems. the location allowed easy access to beautiful hiking trails and breathtaking views. the room was comfortable, and the bathroom, although needing improvement in drainage, provided hot water for a refreshing shower. the staff provided good service, and the breakfast had a decent variety of options.
The sink in the room had slow water drainage, causing accumulation.

The breakfast and food offered were not up to my expectations. the location, however, was very convenient being close to the city centre and other key attractions. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean linens provided.
the hot water in the toilet was not consistent, and the proper drainage of toilets and sinks were a problem.

The breakfast was the only good point about this hotel. The variety of food though was limited. The location was convenient, close to public transportation. However, the only advantage that we really enjoyed was the view from the room.
We experienced several problems when staying at this hotel. First, there were issues with hot water in the toilet and shower.
